There are front and rear porches for 'muddy boots', coats and other equipment, such as golf clubs, cycling/fishing gear or walking

A large decking with comfortable furniture is immediately outside the rear door. The garden is suitable for the ‘wee ones’ to run about and is safe. There are mature areas of the garden with fruit trees and other shrubs.
